How do I clean my customs?

We recommend that you clean your customs with shoe cleaning solution (or water and soap) and a microfibre cloth. Our customs are not machine washable and very abrasive materials can cause them damage.

Can I wear them out in the rain?

Yes you can, our shoes are painted with long lasting, durable leather paint. They are both water and scratch resistent.

Do you provide a tracking number for my order?

yes, once your order has been dispatched you will recieve an email containing the tracking information, as well as a link to track your package. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can contact us via our instagram @customsbysaami or email [email protected] to enquire on the progress of your order.

How long do they take?

This can vary depending on the design, however, average turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As every shoe is customised to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
